The Signature Service at Zenspace Wellness is a two hour session. It has been documented that two hours is an optimal place to start as it takes the body between 30-45 minutes to acclimate to the environment. It has a discounted cost because we believe that a full two hours is more than doubling the benefit from a one hour session.
